Forward the calls
Customers dial one easy number. Calls are routed to the local partner responsible for that territory.
Don’t buy it, rent it.

A simple lease
The phone number stays consistent across Houston. Behind the scenes, each call goes to the rental company assigned to that customer’s zone.
Customers dial one easy number. Calls are routed to the local partner responsible for that territory.
Call logs and recordings make activity visible, so both sides can see the response and value of the number.
Only one dumpster-rental partner is assigned to each zone. Zip codes never overlap.

Example starting points
These are sample ideas to help shape the offer—not fixed rates. The final lease price and terms are negotiated privately with each company.
Option 1 · Exclusive zone
Inside the Loop is the premium zone. South and North are the two largest outer zones by zip count.
Option 2 · Pay for results
$30–$60 per call
The August 2026 home-services median was about $32.50 per qualified call. Example: 30 qualified calls at $40 each equals $1,200 for the month.
Option 3 · Lower base + usage
$500 per month
Includes the first 15 qualified calls, then $35 for each additional qualified call.
Included with the lease
Calls forward to the company’s own line. The partner receives call logs, recordings and a monthly report, plus one-company-per-zone exclusivity. Month-to-month terms can be offered without a long lock-in.
Typical number-hosting cost to the owner is about $5–$25 per month; the commercial value is the memorable brand and tracked calls.
A unique caller from inside the leased zone who stays on the line for at least 60–90 seconds during agreed business hours. Spam, wrong numbers and repeat callers within the same week do not count.

Why the name sticks
“RENT” says exactly what the customer needs. One clear number can appear on trucks, containers, yard signs and local ads without changing from neighborhood to neighborhood.
Qualified-call planning tool
Use the industry median benchmark of about $32.50 per qualified home-service call.
Illustration only. The benchmark is an August 2026 cross-industry median, not a revenue promise or dumpster-specific close rate.

One partner. One territory.
Choose one of five clear zones or plan a whole-Houston rollout. Calls can be forwarded, tracked and protected by territory. Providers can call Timothy directly to discuss leasing.
